Refund and Return Policy
At The Aura Store, we aim to provide you with products of the highest quality.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we’re here to help you resolve it quickly.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Return or Refund
✅ Valid Reasons for Return:
We accept returns and provide a full refund if:
- The product you received is defected or damaged upon delivery.
- The product is different from what you ordered (wrong color, style, or item).
Exchange Policy
We only process exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
To be eligible, you must provide a clear video of the unpacking process, starting from the moment you first open the package.
Please note that exchange requests will not be accepted for change of mind, color, or size preferences.
Once your video is approved, we will replace the item with the same product, color, and size — subject to availability.
2️⃣ Reporting Damage or Incorrect Product
To process a return:
✅ Step 1: Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@theaurastore.in with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
✅ Step 2: Once we approve your return, we will provide you with:
- A return delivery address
- Detailed instructions on packaging and delivery
3️⃣ Return Shipping Charges
✅ If the return is due to a defect or delivery of an incorrect product, we will cover all return delivery charges.
✅ We may provide a prepaid label or reimburse delivery costs upon submission of a receipt.
4️⃣ Refund Process
✅ Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.
✅ If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
✅ The amount will be refunded to the original method of payment (debit/credit card, net banking, wallet).
5️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
✅ If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing sometimes takes additional time).

✅ The Aura Store reserves the right to approve or deny a return if it does not meet policy conditions.
✅ Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to defects or delivery of a faulty or incorrect item.
