At The Aura Store, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, please read our policy below.
1️⃣ Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Cancellation is only permitted in the case of valid reasons such as accidental order, duplicate order, or incorrect payment.
2️⃣ After Dispatch
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed or dispatched from our manufacturing partner. Please make sure to review your order details carefully before confirming.
3️⃣ Refund on Cancellation
- Orders canceled within the 1-hour window may not be eligible for a full refund.
- In cases where materials have already been allocated or printed, a partial deduction may apply.
