Refund & Return Policy – The Aura Store

We care about your satisfaction and take pride in delivering high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, our team is here to resolve it quickly and professionally. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.


1️⃣ Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • Return Window: You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Eligible Reasons: We accept returns only if:
    • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
    • You received the wrong item, size, or color
  • Not Accepted: Returns for change of mind, dislike of color/design, or size mismatch are not accepted.

2️⃣ Proof Required

To be eligible for return or exchange, you must provide a clear unpacking video showing the issue. The video must begin from the moment you open the original package seal.

3️⃣ How to Report a Return

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@theaurastore.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your Order Number
    • Photos of the product showing the defect or issue
    • Your unboxing video

4️⃣ Return Shipping

  • If we are at fault (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs. A pickup will be arranged or a prepaid label shared.
  • If the customer is at fault (e.g., incorrect address or unauthorized return), the return shipping must be borne by the customer.

5️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • We offer a free replacement for eligible items (subject to stock availability).
  • Replacements are sent for the same product, size, and color only.

6️⃣ Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation when the refund is processed.

7️⃣ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or payment method again
  • Contact your bank or payment gateway provider
  • If still unresolved, email us at support@theaurastore.in

8️⃣ Final Notes

  • The Aura Store reserves the right to approve or deny any return request that does not meet our policy terms.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
