- Once your order is ready, it is handed over to a delivery service for dispatch.

- After processing, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location and delivery pincode.
- Certain remote areas (such as North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, or Andaman & Nicobar) may take a bit longer.
3️⃣ Shipping Partners
- Manufacturing Partner ships through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, India Post, XpressBees, and others.
- The courier is selected based on your pincode and serviceability for faster and safer delivery.
4️⃣ Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
5️⃣ Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email or SMS with a Tracking Number.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website or directly from our Order Tracking page.

- Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, or logistics disruptions.
- The Aura Store is not liable for such delays, but we will keep you updated and assist in resolving issues where possible.
